Panic Attack: The Disturbing Illness

Panic attack is one of the most common disease in the entire world. Panic attack is caused by hyper tension, stress, anxiety, past traumas etc. Normally females are more sufferer of this disease. Panic attacks may hamper your work and daily activities. When a patient of Panic disorder gets the attack he/she feels:

1. Rise of Palpitation

2. Sudden fear

3. Shakiness in body

4. Something dangerous is going to happen

5. Fear of death

6. Nausea/Vomitting


In our human body, panic attack is totally normal to a certain limit. But it may get worse if we don’t know how to control it. Panic attack or Anxiety attack normally happens to those who are not very much active and leading unhealthy lifestyle. Mostly teenagers are affected by this. Also people doing stressful jobs.






In the early stage this disease can be cured very easily but if not given proper care it may worsen up. Any type of physical activities should be done daily. Wheather its your favourite sports or running or swimming etc. It helps to secret happy hormones in the brain and by that the person feels really good. Eating a healthy diet based food is also another key factor for it.


If the disease is severe then you must consult a psychiatrist or a physician in the relevant field. Mental Health is very much important as that of physical health. We should give much importance to mental health because brain is the key and if it is not working properly then we are in trouble.


This disease is definitely curable. Under the right physician and following some simple rules you will be good to go.

 1. Take your Medications (under prescription)

2. Sleep early at night

3. Try to sleep at-least 7-8 hours daily

4. Working out at the gym or home

5. Proper diet and nutrition

6. Meditate

7. Try to mingle with people of good vibes

8. Don’t force yourself into anything

9. Don’t think much

10. Be productive





Trust me guys by following the above rules and regulation you will see a drastic change in your mental health. You will also see your life changing. You will do better at everything. I know that life is tough. It is not same the everyday but you have to fight through it and win over. That is also the beauty of life because if there is no darkness in life then when light come how will you enjoy it. You matter. Remember that and you are strong.
